  • Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds – 1½ tablespoon
  • Salt (adjust to taste)
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder – ½  tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes – 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda – ¼  teaspoon
  • Food colour – ½ teaspoon
  • Carom seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Water (as required)

Soaking the chicken

First, take  a small piece of chicken in a deep bowl and add salt, vinegar and a 3 to 4 cup of water. Mix everything well and let the chicken rest for about 20 to 30 minutes. After this process, wash the chicken perfectly.

Marination of chicken

Take a separate bowl and add the washed chicken.  Then add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, baking soda and a pinch of food food colour. Mix well and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 20–30 minutes to absorb the flavours perfectly.
